- 1 large or 2 small heads of romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large bell pepper
- 1 yellow peach
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
Remember, if you have too much dressing for that meal, save it in a separate container away from the lettuce in the fridge to use the next day.
